1. How long has Leftbank been in business?
Leftbank Art was founded in 1971, and has grown into the premier source for canvas artwork in the market today.
2. Where is the product made?
The entire line is manufactured in our Southern California facility.
3. Does Leftbank have any showrooms?
We maintain four permanent showrooms where we exhibit twice annually; High Point NC, Atlanta GA, Las Vegas NV, and Toronto ON.
Product
1. How big is the line?
Leftbank is comprised of over 2600 items. We update our line with 300 – 400 new introductions every quarter / 1200 per year.
2. What types of art work do you produce?
Our line breaks down into three main categories:
A. Original Hand Paintings:
Works of art that are developed by our seasoned in house staff of fine artists. Although each item is a “unique” piece of art, we are able to reproduce these images with remarkable
consistency.
B. Canvas Giclee;
Derived from the French word “to spray”, this process renders a digital reproduction of an original piece of artwork. Each image is then “hand embellished” with a variety of as
artistic applications which the look and feel of an authentic hand painted piece of artwork. Final sealing provides UV protection and lasting beauty.
C. Lithographs Mounted on Canvas:
Gallery quality prints which are affixed to a gallery wrapped canvas frame. Surface of the sides are hand painted a solid color, and then hand embellishments are applied to render the look
and feel of a hand painted canvas.
3. Can your product be framed?
Leftbank offers (32) different frame molding options available on any of items. Each molding is priced by the “universal inch” of the item – length plus width, multiplied by the unit cost
of the molding.
4. Can Items be ordered in different sizes?
Leftbank offers custom sizes on all of our canvas Giclee images. Because our artwork is manufactured domestically, and every item is made to order, we offer many options in terms of
customization. Within the website, you will find alternate sizes available for most items, listed along the standard size and price the piece is offered.
5. What custom finish options do you offer?
Glass Coat:
Leftbank now offers all of our images available in our exclusive “Glass Coat” finish option.
This durable, epoxy-resin based application in hand poured and adds a rich depth to any piece of art work, and provides lasting protection against extreme environment conditions. See
specific item for size and pricing options when requesting this finish.
Marble Glaze/Knife Gel:
Images shown in the Marble Glaze finish only, can now be ordered in an optional Knife Gel finish. The Knife Gel finish is a hand applied gel artist coat coating that simulates the look and
feel of an authentic hand painting. An artist’s palette knife is use to apply the finish, and the end result is a knock down, or stucco-like effect. See specific item for option

Administrative
1. Is there a minimum order amount to open an account?
We require a minimum opening order amount of $ 750, paid by credit card, After that, you may purchase any size order. To establish open terms with us, you need to place an order of at least
$ 1,500, and provide at least three valid trade references. Credit approval process can take up to two weeks.
2. What is the normal lead time on orders?
Leftbank does not build inventory for stock, but rather we build each item to order. We typically ship orders within three to four weeks, but based on the size of the order, we can usually
accommodate “rush” lead times if requested.
3. How is your product shipped?
Any item that is 30” x 40” (70” total) or less will ship via UPS standard. Larger items will ship via common carrier, and typically average between 12% - 15% of the order amount ( 10 – 15
items). Customer is always contacted for approval on freight amounts that exceed 15% of the total order amount.
