- Where is your artwork manufactured?
We manufacture all our artwork at our facility in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
- What are your operating hours?
Our hours are Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 5:00PM.
- How long does it take to send out an order?
Normal shipping time is 6 weeks.
- Is there a minimum amount to meet for an opening order?
First order must be at least $500 paid by credit card. There are no minimums on re-orders.
- Who is eligible to purchase from us?
We only grant permission to those who have art, gift and furniture related business retail stores in gaining access to our online catalog and purchasing from us.
- What kind of artwork do you supply?
We manufacture the following types of art:
- Hand Paintings: these are 100% hand painted images on canvas by in-house artist.
- Giclees: these are high quality images printed directly onto the canvas from a digital plotter then stretched over frames then coated with a brush gel finish.
- Prints on Canvas: these are lithograph prints mounted onto gallery stretched canvas with three types of finishes:
- Brush Gel Finish: this is a coat of acrylic that is applied by hand for an authentic look
- Crackle Finish: a finish that goes on like the Brush Gel but dries with a natural crackle in the art work
- Knife Gel: this finish is put on with an artist knife rather than a brush to give it an authentic look of the original
- How do you ship out your orders?
Any artwork that is under the dimensions of 30X40 are shipped via UPS. Larger artworks are shipped via trucking company.
- Do you have a permanent showroom at your location?
We exhibit our artwork through our internet gallery and at various Market Shows and Gift Fairs all over the country. Please call in to get an update on our show schedule.
- How do I get pricing on the artwork?
You can fax in a quote request with the item numbers that you are interested in.
We do not provide pricing over the phone.
- How do I access the online catalog?
First you must register online and fax us your business license. We will then assign you a login name and password that will enable you to either browse and search our entire collection or artwork.
- I have a damaged item. How do you accomodate my
problem?
Call in first because some damages to the artwork can be taken care of on the spot. If it is not repairable, we request customers to send us a photo of the damaged item for our shipping department to determine whether or not to call tag the item.
- How do I go about ordering a catalog from you?
We do not carry a physical catalog because our artwork line is constantly being updated. We provide our entire collection of artwork on our online catalog to keep you up to date.
